Greetings church family,

It has been great to remember this past week that we are part of a larger movement than just our Sunnyside church family.  There has been a great crowd that has congregated at the Gladstone Camp Meeting to listen to the different speakers from other areas of the United States (including many of our very own Sunnyside church family members).  I have heard good things from many people about the powerful and informative messages that have been presented.

Maybe you did not have the opportunity to come out and hear those messages in person.  It is also possible that you did make it out but could not be in two places at once so you missed a presentation you would like to hear.  There is good news for you.  The good news is that even if you could not personally attend you can still hear the messages delivered.  There will be recorded audio messages available free of charge on the Oregon Conference website at www.oregonconference.org/podcasts.  If you prefer you can also put in an order for a CD or DVD of a camp meeting presentation at the ABC.

I hope that whether you decided not to come out or could not come out, you will still hear some of these informative and powerful messages.  Take advantage of the technology at your disposal and be reminded that you and I are indeed part of a larger God ordained movement that still has work to do.

Blessings to you and yours,

 Pastor Juan Fresse

Send your “shout-outs”
to info@SunnysideAdventist.org so we can include them in next week’s Communiqué. This is a place you can recognize someone for doing well, or going beyond expectations.

A special thank you to Scott LeMert, Shirley Schoepflin, David Schmidt,
Jim Robertson, Wilfred Geschke,
Tom Kramer, and Lloyd Wescott for making our church grounds look beautiful after trimming trees and bushes, and pulling weeds! We appreciate their dedicated and hard work.
